The Autumn Ridge Homeowners Association Board of Directors are responsible for maintaining an image of quality and high standard of living in our neighborhood, with the goal of providing a beautiful neighborhood for homeowners to live in while also protecting the value of their homes. The Covenants that aid in accomplishing this goal have not been updated since they were originally created over 25 years ago, so an update is necessary. The changes being recommended by the Board of Directors are primarily focused on updating outdated language, as well as ensuring the Board of Directors ability to accomplish the goals outlined in the preliminary statement of the Covenants.
