Omaha is an amazing city full of vibrant culture, tremendous amenities, outstanding schools, and unfortunately violent weather. Hail is simply a matter of when, not if. In 2006, the Autumn Ridge HOA Board evaluated potential options to allow homeowners some flexibility in the event of damage. From that point until today much has changed in the roofing landscape for our wonderful neighborhood. Here is the timeline of each turning point and relevant documentation from the board:
